Dielectric material utilize high pure silica quartz materials, high
precision, high temperature sintering, discharge even, 316L stainless
steel electrode and close in solid,PTFE gas nozzle mouth, corrosion
high purity fluorine aprons, external air-cooled heat utilize the
advanced sunflower aluminum alloy cooling technology,effective heat
dissipation, long time work ozone low attenuation <1/10, long life can
reach 12000 hours.
